So, the BOB tour of EUROPE in France is finished. But, at the end of their show in Lyon, Joey Tempest told that EUROPE would be back very soon !  |

So, the BOB tour of EUROPE in France is finished. But, at the end of their show in Lyon, Joey Tempest told that EUROPE would be back very soon ! Probably the best EUROPE shows I've seen : great setlist. Norum singing, the acoustic part, the song Bag of bones, the rich performances on "The beast" and "Doghouse"... Magnificent memories !  I'm very happy to have whitnessed all those fabulous things. |

We'll see... Now, if Stein-vidar agrees, I'd like to tell a complete report of Europe tour in France on this thread. Because they are many stories related to the whole tour, and not only one show. I've noticed that I'm begining to forget many things, already !( I'm growing old, no doubt !!!)  So, I'd like to write it here, so that I'll keep the memory of everything for myself, and in the same time I'll share it with you. I don't know if I'll be able to attend a full tour again. :-X |

To start with it, a few words about the weather : Weather reports told it would be rainy the 3 days, but finally, it was a perfect weather (even sunny !)  The sky was with EUROPE ! A good thing, especially for the fans in Paris who were already waiting at noon in front of the venue (the file was incredibly long on the pavement just before the show...) |

A few words about the boys themselves :
In great shape for all of the 5 of them.
And the new lights of the show make them look wonderful, creating a kind of fantastic aura.
Leven was imperial. He's so elegant, and "solid" in the same time. I've seen him more happy in other shows, I must say : here he seemed nearly sad by moments... But he was really great.
Mr Tempest look was perfect : nice hair, nice clothes, cute face.
He was sometimes light and juvenile, sometimes powerful and dark. Great voice. And what an energy ! Probably one of the best front man of all times in rock history !
Norum has never been so good, it seems to me. He didn't only played like a god : he moved, showed his happiness, shared his feelings with the crowd... I like him more and more (is it still possible ?)
Ian was tireless. He gives so much to the audience ! And how nice it was to see him at the front of the stage, without sunglasses, seeming so shy like a little boy. How beautiful he is !
And Mic : this is probably the first tour I attended where Mic work is so underlined. In Paris especially, he didn't stop playing, making great and inedite impros in very different styles.
