I noticed that Rock Candy out of the UK has a version of TFC scheduled for release on August 2nd. Their website is rockcandyrecords.co.uk/upcoming. It lists (6) bonus tracks. I wonder what these bonus tracks are...live, unreleased demo from their vault? Wanted to share. Unfortunately, other than the album cover and the notes underneath, no other info regarding the release.

Thanks for sharing these exciting news, marco17! Six bonus tracks? I REALLY hope one of them is the uncut version of the title track, which is over six minutes long. Joey mentioned this in an interview with Sweden Rock Magazine in 2016: "Actually the song was very popular among everyone in the band. Although it was a little different - and very long. The original version was over six minutes long. Bob Ludwig, who was there with us when the album was mastered, adviced us to cut out a part after the first chorus. So then we cut the song down to roughly five minutes."

This has me so intrigued and I had the perfect opportunity TWICE last year to ask Joey about this...but I got star struck and forgot! I wonder what on earth the part after the first chorus would be!? Its hard to imagine what could be put there unless they played the chorus again...who knows!

If I were to guess, it would be "The final countdown, final countdown, oh..." and then a short guitar solo by John Norum before the second verse, like in "Love Chaser".

I hope it's something rare, but i wouldn't expect anything too impressive, my best guess would be live tracks, maybe from Hammersmith 87 and Solna 86, or something like On Broken Wings, maybe the 85 remake of Seven Doors Hotel since it was the B-side for Rock The Night, let's wait and see, but let's not overhype it.

Yeah, most likely that's it. or something like On Broken Wings, maybe the 85 remake of Seven Doors Hotel since it was the B-side for Rock The Night... Speaking of the '85 version of "Seven Doors Hotel", it would be cool to have the '85 versions of "Rock the Night" and "On the Loose", plus "Broken Dreams", as remastered bonus tracks. As far as I know, those three tracks have never been released officially on CD or in digital format, but the '85 version of "Seven Doors Hotel" was included on the compilation Rock the Night: The Very Best of Europe that came out in 2004. let's wait and see, but let's not overhype it. I know what you mean, but there's no harm in hoping.

I remember the remastered version of TFC had 3 bonus tracks from Hammersmith 87.
But i’m hoping for something rare.
Too bad that they never recorded Out of this world title track, i heard it got stucked in a deskdrawer back in 1988.

Welcome jimmyz! Too bad that they never recorded Out of this world title track, i heard it got stucked in a deskdrawer back in 1988. At least something good came out of it, seeing as Joey decided to revisit the song nearly 30 years later and turned it into "Days of Rock'n'Roll".

I've sent 2 emails to Rock Candy asking what the bonus tracks are but sadly no reply.
