That's partly true. It is a relatively small festival but it has some history with international artists like Meat Loaf, Joe Cocker, Status Quo and Megadeth to name a few. They always have a very diverse line up with (a lot of) Dutch artists thrown in indeed. I agree that it is an interesting but also a strange choice...

Although that was mainly in the 70's (Meat Loaf/Joe Cocker/Status Quo). Right now, all I see is a few coverbands and some Dutch party acts like Snollebollekes and Django Wagner  Until now, Europe doesn't fit this bill at all if you ask me.... |

Unbelievable that they play there! Not just because of the type of festival but it's a VERY small village (if one at all?). And besides the people from that part of the Netherlands I don't think anyone has ever heard of this festival. Which is kinda cool I think. Just imagine Europe playing in your backyard!

Me too but drinking it or getting soaked in it is something else  But we'll see. Maybe it's a decent and well behaving public that night |
