If I were to guess, I would say 1986. During some of the earliest playback performances with Kee, Joey would lift him up and carry him during the guitar solo, like he did in the music video for "Rock the Night". Another time he did that was during the playback performance at Top of the Pops in England.

Wow that looks like an early one. Joey is still wearing the first version of the 'Final Countdown' jacket as seen in the video. It seems later on he moved onto another design which you see in the Feb 87 Hammersmith footage and onwards although not sure what stage during 86/87 he changed the design.

Joe Elliot of Def Leppard once answered a question about who the biggest hell raisers were with; believe it or not but that has to be Europe. Unbelievable how these guys can drink and party. They make Guns n' Roses look like your favorite sons in law. I guess Elliot was overblowing a bit but when there's smoke there's fire so to say
