If he gets a good singer, I'm sure it's going to be a great album for 80's/90's Europe fans! ,although I would love to see Kee Marcello in other band because he is more than qualified to do that he is stuck with EUROPE and all this BLABLABLABLA is just to make noise! , because obviously his lates albums are not doing that for him. anyway ,anything related to EUROPE is gold to my ears !.

And once again he's milking the Europe name for all its worth... My thoughts exactly... I always have mixed feelings regarding Kee whenever he does or says something stupid. I feel kinda sad about the whole situation, since he was such a big part of my childhood-image I had of the band. Kee joined right after I started listening to them. And from that moment until they reunited in 2003....it was KEE. Not a bad thing about him. Eva Tomorrow , you say he "is a musician with enough talent to make his own way", but by now I think we can conclude that he is not. Sure, the talent is there ofcourse, but unfortunately...nobody cares. It's fair to say his career after Europe failed. Hard. And he knows it... That's why he is so bitter. He cant stand the fact that Europe did not ask him back. And most of all, that they are a successful band again now, while he is sitting at home with no money. He's so desperate....he will do anything to make money of the name "Europe". I might sound harsh, but I think most of you will agree with me right? Anyway, i'll take a listen to this album...like I always do. But starting off like this, the interview, it makes me not want to listen to this guy anymore. It's getting really painful to hear him talk. The album that Europe never managed to record after Prisoners In Paradise? C'mon man. Why would you even say that
I agree with the plot of this thread, and 100% with you Ernie Ball , it is a sad situation. But I really believe he has talent, and maybe "Nobody cares" because it has failed to use it the right way, maybe instead use his past in Europe and make albums named EUROPE REDUX o something like that , he could have formed a solid rock band in which he did what he does best: play guitar and nothing else, ... Leave to talk about EUROPE and not try to provoke anything to anybody, to the band, to the Europe's fans of the past, fans of the PIP, ... WHAT ? Just flow man ... and look to the future.
On the other hand, I always try to be very careful (I do? I hope so ) because I don't want to seem that I charge against the weak part of this history that is the position to me he has now, the thruth is that EUROPE is in its golden age in this moment, but he is out of the band even when he hoped to be part of it and I understand that it had generated a painful situation, but remain engaged in it does not improve, it is always best to look ahead.

I don't think there's anyway around it. Kee needs to use the Europe name because that's all he's widely known for. Sure, there was Easy Action, but Europe made him money and gave him opportunities. In his defense, some quotes are taken out of context, or the author or the article changes the words around some to make it more inflammatory. That said, it's not the first time Kee has said the band fails to live up the sound of their past. I certainly like the PIP era, Ian even mentioned it in a recent interview that he wished they could play more from that album, so I would like to hear whatever Kee has in store. As a few have stated... let's just hope he doesn't sing!

So... which LBB tracks do you think he's "reworking?" I think he will rework tracks that he co-wrote and I would be very interested in hearing a good version of a couple of unreleased LBB songs. I don't have idea of the credits of the unreleased songs but I would go for Blame it on me and Little sinner.

Recent video from the recording of Kee's album: This video reveals one of the songs that Kee has re-recorded from the Le Baron Boys demos: {Spoiler}"Wild Child". It also sounds like Kee is going to be the lead singer on this album. Oh well.

I went to see Kee playing an acoustic gig near where I live. He is a great talent, BUT he is still convinced he can reach success proposing something smelling old, even if it is supposed to be new. Let me explain. I do not really care about the reasons why he did not take part to the reunion, I think only who was directly involved knows the reasons. Fans and followers know the rumours and all the gossip around, but the real facts ... Anyway, it annoys me when Kee spits on the plate where he is still eating, complaining about how he was treated and so on. Half of the concert I took part to, was on old Europe's tunes. And this really pisses me off ( sorry for being rude). How can you spend thousand of words against your old mates and then pretend to sing The Final Countdown and receive applauses ?!!?? I sometimes think he is not convinced about his capabilities and tries to be approved through the (supposed-to-be) easiest way. I keep on asking myself why he did not play his own tunes, why he did not fully express his talent composing new lines. This is something I do not understand. Nevertheless, I consider him an excellent guitar player, but maybe not that shining star ... Last but not least, why did he feel the need to publish songs from Les Baron Boys period ?!?! why did he not want to compose something 'new' !?!? still exploiting the past ?!?! yes, no, maybe ...
