Woow what a luxury to have Joey's answer here! Thanks a lot Michaela Italy It makes sense that in the search for the band to sound more heavy and dark in this second stage Joey supports this musical turn with a heavier voice in a lower tone. I would like Joey also alternate loud voice in live with this, e.g READY OR NOT in one of the first concerts ROCK MEETS CLASSIC was wonderful, his voice sounded really good, more pop? I have no clear because I think there are songs that in lower tone sounds forced, START FROM THE DARK is perfect for darker Joey' voice but MORE THAT MEETS THE EYES no On the other hand and although Joey again not sing in this way with EUROPE, it was refreshing to hear his voice close to 80s, ok ... is nostalgic? Maybe yes

Woow what a luxury to have Joey's answer here! Thanks a lot Eva Tomorrow, xxxx, thank you for your appreciation, even if not always we agree with the choices, to understand the reason why does help for sure and I have mixed feelings actually after having attended both versions. Good points for the first version and some others for the second one! Anyway, I take this occasion to bring you directly to see "Professor Joey" @ work , while answering my question, because one of the girls attending that meeting after the last concert in Nurnberg, took pictures while we were listening with so much attention at his explanations... So here I had just asked my question: And he started explaining about the different tones... Then I told him he showed that he can still sing very high and of course it went to his throat... And concluding his very special "lesson" here: So what do you think... have we been good pupils to him or not? Thank you SOOOOOOO MUCH, "Prof. Joey"!!!
