I'm on cloud no. 9.000.000 Definately best night of my life.....! -when we came in, John Leven was taking on his pants, and when my girlfriend asked if she could take a few pictures Leven said "You want me to take my pants off again? " Here's a few pictures: me and Norum talking, later on jamming, Levens hand bottom right -Firebox and BOB tour guitar to the left, my 58 Sunburst and 57 GoldTop. Norum had to decide which one he wanted to trade back... Norum was much into the goldtop, Joey thought the sunburst sounded better... Incredibly pictures, Michael. That's nice that you're sharing them with us, on this forum ! So now, on your official website, you have to change a bit the "gear" page... www.mjessen.com/?page_id=40(and concerning your girlfriend : first Tempest, and then Leven... Really Michael, weren't you a little worried ? Just a little ?? ) Another question : did you tell them that you have your own band, and talk about the possibility of being Europe first part show ? -Although I guess this kind of thing must very difficult... When you have Norum just in front of you, you probably think about something else than your own promotion ! But I'm sure you'll stay in touch : after all, now Norum knows you're the one who have all his previous guitars, and you're ready to trade with him... Now Michael, I have another question for my Norum French blog... You had already helped me a few months ago for the "gear page": john-norum-france.blogspot.fr/p/le-materiel-de-john-norum.htmlSo now, considering all the changes with your trading with Norum, what must I remove or add there ?

I talked to them about my own band, Göran Edman doing the vocals, and I gave them some copies of my EP. As mentioned before, Norum spoke very well of Göran. Didn't discuss the opening act thing, but I was busy jamming and listening to Norum playing... regarding your gear blog; From the top, the 1980 is his millenium guitar, still on tour Next 1959 reissue, not on this tour, but think he still owns it no.3 is actually a Warren Haynes signature, but he has sold it No.4 the goldtop, in New Love and the Blues videos, sold Flying V 1976 ex-Michael Schenker, still on the tour Custom black, on the tour, special tuning for Love is Not The Enenemy and he now has my R8 sunburst (looks a lot like the warren hayes signature guitar) I've included a picture of his pedal board, same as in your blog, but a new delay instead of the boss pedal, now a "carbon Copy delay"

I have been wanting to see a pic of this guitar for years. Thank you for sharing! What was Norums reaction when he saw it?> Also how come it parted with it? I wish he would play it again.

I bought the Countdown guitar from him in March, so it's not that long since he had seen it last... These guitars I brought for signing: Gibson Les Paul reissue 1957 Goldtop Gibson Les Paul reissue 1958 Sunburst, -traded back with Norum for his Firebox guitar Gibson Les Paul Elegant Custom Shop -checkout the Brasov and Philadelphia 2004 on youtube Fender Countdown Stratocaster Marshall JCM800 2205 also ex-Norum and Norum's reaction was "wow, these guitars bring back a lot of good memories"
